Yes. Financing is available through Citizens State Bank in Brenham, a local bank that is already familiar with My Howdy House and our Bo Camp House model and understands the long-term, appreciating value of real construction on a concrete foundation.
For venue owners, financing can make particular sense—allowing the Bo Camp House to be added as a revenue-generating asset rather than a large upfront expense.
Financing availability is subject to lender approval.
What does it cost?
The Bo Camp House is $85,000, including delivery to most locations within one hour of Brenham, Texas.
(Delivery beyond that range is available and quoted based on address.)
What does “turnkey” include?
Turnkey means the Bo Camp House arrives as a finished, move-in-ready structure—requiring only final utility connections on site. The concrete slab is produced in a climate-controlled facility for consistency and durability, and the home itself is fully constructed and finished at our facility in Washington County, Texas before being delivered to the customer’s property.
What does my property need?
Typically: access for delivery, a planned location, and utilities (or a plan for utilities). We’ll help you think through placement and hookups.
Can it be moved later?
