Howdy House walls are insulated with expanded polystyrene (EPS), the same foam insulation that keeps coffee from burning your hand with only a thin wall of foam, where our walls are 5-1/2” thick! Our walls are thermally broken, meaning heat can’t transfer through the steel in the walls – It is like you’re covered in a cozy blanket. Our industry leading and US Federal Government 'green certified + highest rating' interior framing will keep your utility bills low and maintain your desired temperature better than anyone else in the market.

Howdy Houses are built on 5000 psi pre-tensioned concrete slabs - The same technology used for bridges and highway overpasses! Our walls are made of thermally broken steel studs giving them superior strength! We transport to the site on a patented air-ride system, preventing damage during transport and eliminating the need for expensive cranes upon arrival.
